The Admission Process
Your admission to Sandhills Regional Medical Center will be arranged in advance by your physician, who is a member of our medical staff.
Your physician’s office will inform you when to arrive at our patient registration department. It is important that you be prompt, especially if surgery is scheduled for the next morning, so any necessary tests can be completed.
When checking into Sandhills Regional Medical Center, please use the “Patient Entrance” and report to the registration desk. Your family and friends should wait in the main lobby during your admission.
If you must leave your car during your stay, free parking is available. Handicapped parking is reserved at various locations on the hospital campus including at the front of the hospital.
